St Francis Elderberry Cough Syrup, 120 mL

St. Francis Herb Farm's Elderberry Cough Syrup for adults pairs elderberry juice concentrate and wild cherry bark with lobelia, echinacea and marshmallow root, all in a base of honey, vegetable glycerine and a little alcohol, with lemon peel and cinnamon bark essential oils for flavour. It is a traditional herbal syrup used to help relieve coughs and other cold symptoms, and the honey makes it easy to take.

This is the adult formula; a separate kids' version with a gentler herb list and children's dosing is also on our shelves. Take it by the spoonful as the use directions describe, a few hours apart from other medications or natural health products.
