Crampbark (Viburnum opulus) is exactly what the name suggests: the dried root bark of a shrub with a well-earned reputation among herbalists for easing muscular tension and spasm. St. Francis Herb Farm extracts it at 1:4 in certified organic alcohol and distilled water.
It is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve menstrual cramps and muscle spasms. The label offers two dosing schedules, a standard three-times-daily one and a smaller, more frequent one for a rough day. Take it in a little water on an empty stomach. 100 mL bottle with dropper.
