St Francis Chastetree, 60 Caps

Chastetree (Vitex agnus-castus) is a small tree whose fruit has a long history in women's herbal medicine. St. Francis Herb Farm puts a 5:1 extract of certified organic chastetree fruit in each vegetable capsule, equivalent to 500 mg of the dried herb. It is traditionally used in herbal medicine to help stabilize menstrual cycle irregularities and to help relieve premenstrual symptoms.

Capsules are a tidy alternative to the tincture if you would rather not taste the herb. One bottle of 60 is about a month's supply at the label dose, and the label suggests using it for at least three months to see results.
