St. Francis Herb Farm Chamomile Tincture, 100 mL

Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) needs little introduction. This St. Francis Herb Farm tincture extracts the flowers at 1:4 in certified organic alcohol and distilled water, giving you the herb in a concentrated liquid that is quicker than brewing a tea.

It is used in traditional Western herbalism for digestive complaints such as gas and bloating, and to ease restlessness and nervous irritability. It is also a long-standing favourite for teething little ones, and the label gives doses for children from two years up as well as for adolescents and adults. Take it in a little water. 100 mL bottle with dropper.

Adults & Adolescents (15 & over): 0.8-3.2 ml (24-96 drops)

Adolescents (10-14 years): 0.4-1.6 ml (12-48 drops)

Children (5-9 years): 0.2-0.8 ml (6-24 drops)

Children (2-4 years): 0.1-0.5 ml (4-16 drops)
