Andrographis is a St. Francis Herb Farm tincture of andrographis tops (Andrographis paniculata), a bitter herb with a long history in Chinese medicine. It is extracted at 1:4 in alcohol and distilled water, with nothing else added.

It is traditionally used as a bitter tonic to help relieve indigestion, and it has long been used in Chinese medicine for digestive complaints as well as coughs, sore throats and the common cold. Andrographis is very bitter, so take it in a little water on an empty stomach as the label directs and follow it with a sip of something else. Comes in a 100 mL bottle with a dropper.
