The St. Agrestis Phony Mezcal Negroni is a non-alcoholic, ready-to-drink cocktail that mimics the flavors of a Mezcal Negroni. It achieves this by using many of the same botanicals found in the original cocktail, including those that impart smoky, vegetal, and earthy notes to emulate the mezcal experience. The drink also incorporates gentle carbonation to mimic the mouthfeel of alcohol.
