Sovereign Silver First Aid Gel is a homeopathic topical gel that puts the brand's silver hydrosol into a clear gel you can apply to skin. The medicinal ingredient is Argentum metallicum (silver) in homeopathic dilutions, in a base of colloidal silver and carbomer. There is no fragrance, colour or preservative.
It is meant for life's small mishaps: minor cuts, scrapes, minor burns and skin irritations. Apply a layer to the affected area and leave it to dry or cover it with a bandage. It is handy in the bathroom cabinet, a bag or the first aid kit at the cottage.
