SmartSweets Sweet Fish, 50 g

SmartSweets Sweet Fish are the soft, berry-flavoured fish gummies you grew up with, made without the sugar. There is no added sugar, no sugar alcohols and no artificial sweeteners. Instead they are built on soluble corn fibre and plant fibres, sweetened with stevia leaf extract and flavoured with natural berry flavour. Colour comes from fruit and vegetable juice.

The chew is a little firmer than a regular gummy fish and the berry flavour is bright without being cloying. They are a good pick when you want candy but not the sugar crash, and a 50 g bag brings a fair bit of fibre along with it. Keep them in the cupboard for movie night or the lunch box.
