Eat Wholesome Sliced Beets come in a 500 mL jar, cooked, sliced and ready to eat. They are the pantry shortcut to beets without the roasting, peeling or purple fingers, and they keep for months until you open them.
Layer the slices into a salad with feta or goat cheese, warm them with butter and a little dill as a side, tuck them into a sandwich, or blend a few into hummus for colour. Once opened, keep the jar in the fridge and use it up within a couple of weeks. Check the label for the full ingredient list.
