Skye Glen Creamery Brie, 200 g

Skye Glen Creamery brie is a 200 g wheel of soft, bloomy-rind cheese made with farm-fresh milk from grass-fed cows. It has the buttery, mild flavour of a young brie with a creamy paste that softens further as it comes to room temperature.

Take it out of the fridge half an hour before serving with crackers, apple slices and a bit of honey, or bake it whole with jam and nuts. It is also good melted into a sandwich. Keep it wrapped in the fridge and use it within a week or two of opening.
