Simply Organic French Onion Dip Mix is a 31 g packet of organic onion, garlic and black pepper with sea salt. Stir it into sour cream and you have a rich, creamy dip in minutes, with none of the artificial flavours you find in the usual packet.

The classic version is simple: mix the packet with two cups of sour cream, chill for half an hour and serve with chips, crackers or raw vegetables. If you prefer something lighter, plain yogurt works in place of the sour cream. It also does well stirred into mashed potatoes or sprinkled over roasted potatoes. Keep the unopened packet in a cool, dry cupboard.
