Similasan Pink Eye Relief is a sterile homeopathic eye drop in a 10 mL bottle. The medicinal ingredients are belladonna, eyebright (Euphrasia) and Hepar sulfuris in homeopathic dilutions, in a buffered purified-water base with silver sulphate as the preservative.

According to homeopathic principles, it is used to temporarily relieve minor eye symptoms such as redness of the whites of the eyes and inner eyelids, watery discharge, a gritty feeling and sensitivity to light. It does not contain an antibiotic. The bottle has a squeeze tip that releases a couple of drops at a time, and it is labelled for adults, children and infants.
