Schinoussa Raw Sea Vegetables Pure is a green powder made entirely from algae and seaweed, with no flavouring at all: spirulina, chlorella, E3Live AFA, bladderwrack, kelp, Irish moss, red marine algae and dulse. It is the unflavoured counterpart to the green apple Original, for people who would rather taste the sea than a fruit flavour, or who want to blend it into savoury food.

Stir a serving into water or juice, add it to a smoothie, or whisk it into soup or salad dressing where the mineral, briny taste fits right in. Schinoussa suggests one to two servings a day. Keep the tub sealed and dry, and use a dry spoon so the powder does not clump.
