The crust is made on a corn and rice base with a rice sourdough, extra virgin olive oil and psyllium husk, which gives it a bread-like chew rather than a cracker snap. Top it straight from the pack and bake until the edges brown and the cheese bubbles; the second crust stays sealed for another night. Contains soy; may contain mustard and sesame.
