Schär's gluten-free Classic Muffins are plain, soft, moist bakery-style muffins with a lightly sweet vanilla taste. They come ready to eat, so they suit a quick breakfast, a lunchbox or a snack for anyone avoiding gluten, and they take well to a little butter or jam.

They are made with eggs, high-oleic sunflower oil and a blend of corn, rice and potato starches, with citrus fibre and guar and xanthan gums keeping the crumb tender.
