Schär Gluten-Free Baguette, 350 g

Schär's gluten-free baguette is a soft, chewy loaf built for sandwiches. Call it a sub, a hoagie or a hero; either way it slices lengthwise, holds fillings without falling apart and has a proper crust once warmed. Each 350 g pack is shelf-stable, so it keeps in the pantry until you need it.

It is made on a corn and rice base with a rice sourdough, psyllium husk for structure and high-oleic sunflower oil. Warm it in the oven for a few minutes to crisp the outside, then split it for a sandwich, serve it alongside a cheese board, or slice and butter it for garlic bread. Contains soy; may contain lupin and mustard.
