Schar Deli Style Sourdough is a wheat-free sourdough loaf, sliced extra-large for proper deli sandwiches. It is made on a rice-flour sourdough with buckwheat, rice and sorghum flours and psyllium fibre, which gives it a hearty texture and makes it a high-fibre bread. There is no lactose, no GMO ingredients and no preservatives.

Unlike a lot of wheat-free breads, this one is good straight from the package, no toasting required, so it works for packed lunches and quick breakfasts. It toasts well too. Keep the bag sealed once opened, or freeze the slices you will not get through in a few days.
