Salus Gallexier Herbal Bitters Liquid, 250 mL

Salus Gallexier is a liquid herbal bitters made from twelve plants, taken before meals to help ease occasional indigestion and to support the digestion of rich, fatty foods. It is traditionally used in herbal medicine as a digestive bitter, and the taste is exactly that: bitter, herbal and a little sweet from the fructose base.

Artichoke leaf and dandelion leaf lead the formula, followed by gentian root, turmeric, yarrow, ginger, chamomile, bitter fennel, bitter orange peel, blessed thistle, cardamom and buckbean. Unlike many bitters there is no alcohol; the herbs are extracted into water, fructose and lactic acid. It is free of chemical preservatives, gluten, wheat, yeast, dairy and lactose, and suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Shake well before pouring, and keep it in the fridge once opened.
