Rufus Teague's Whiskey Maple starts with the same thick tomato base as the rest of the line and adds a splash of bourbon whiskey and real maple syrup. The result is sweet, smoky and a little boozy-tasting, with mustard, Worcestershire and a hint of orange in the background. Old Rufus liked it enough to keep making it, and so do plenty of teetotallers.

Try it on pork ribs, chicken thighs, brisket or salmon, or brush it on grilled peaches and squash. Gluten free and kosher.
