Salted caramel gelato from Righteous, 473 mL. It is a milk-and-cream gelato, denser and less airy than most ice cream, with the caramel flavour coming from caramelized cane sugar syrup and a hit of sea salt to keep it from being cloying.

Let the tub sit on the counter for five or ten minutes before scooping; gelato is meant to be served a little softer than ice cream. It is good on its own, over warm apple crisp or brownies, or sandwiched between two oatmeal cookies.
