A ready-made lasagna from Real Fake Meats, built around their own Ground Round: a crumble of vital wheat gluten, chickpea flour and oats seasoned with smoked paprika, garlic, tomato and a little maple syrup. Layers of semolina noodles, tomato sauce and RFM Cheddah, an almond-based cheese alternative, finish it off.

Bake it until bubbling and serve with a green salad and garlic bread for a supper that needs no extra work. It is entirely plant-based. It does contain wheat, soy and almonds, so it is not gluten-free or nut-free.
