About this product

Real Fake Meats' ground round is a plant-based stand-in for ground beef, made from non-GMO wheat protein, chickpeas, kidney beans, white beans and oats, seasoned with vegetable stock, soy sauce, tomato paste and spices.

Brown it in a pan and use it anywhere you would use ground meat: tacos, chili, bolognese, shepherd's pie, stuffed peppers. Keep refrigerated. It contains wheat and soy, so it is not gluten-free.
