Real Fake Meats Chorizo Sausages

Real Fake Meats makes these chorizo-style sausages in Atlantic Canada from a base of white beans and non-GMO wheat protein, seasoned with garlic, herbs, spices, pepper and a squeeze of lemon. They are plant-based, with no animal ingredients on the list.

Fry or grill them and serve in a bun, slice them into pasta, paella or a breakfast hash, or crumble them into tacos and chili. Keep refrigerated. They contain wheat, so they are not gluten-free.
