Quesava Sweet Potato Vegan Ravioli, 425 g

Sweet potato ravioli with no wheat, no egg and no dairy. Quesava builds the pasta from cassava and chickpea flour, then fills it with yam and potato seasoned with onion, garlic, jalapeño and fresh cilantro, so the filling leans sweet with a little brightness behind it.

Simmer gently until tender, then toss with olive oil, lemon and chili flakes, a simple tomato sauce, or plant butter and sage. It pairs well with wilted greens. A 425 g package feeds two comfortably. Gluten-free and vegan.
