Quesava Cheddar Style Potato Vegan Perogies, 425 g

Quesava makes these perogies without wheat or dairy, and they still eat like perogies. The dough is cassava flour with a little chickpea flour, and the filling is potato with a cheddar-style flavour built from nutritional yeast, onion, garlic and smoked paprika, plus a mild kick of jalapeño.

Boil or pan-fry them as you would any perogy, then top with sautéed onions and a spoon of dairy-free sour cream, or serve alongside a salad for a quick supper. A 425 g package is enough for two. They are gluten-free, plant-based and made in Canada.
