Holiday Cheer Sprinkles from Pure Food by Estee are a festive mix of shapes and colours for December baking, coloured with plant extracts instead of synthetic dyes. The reds and pinks come from radish and red cabbage, the greens and blues from spirulina, and the yellows from turmeric.

Scatter them over sugar cookies, gingerbread, cupcakes, hot chocolate or a yule log, or set the jar out for the kids to decorate with. They hold their colour and shape in the oven if you press them into cookie dough before baking, and they look brightest on white icing. Vegan and gluten-free. Keep the jar sealed and dry.
