Prairie Naturals SuperFoods is a green powder built from 20 organic, food-based ingredients, most of them fermented. Greens like alfalfa, kale, wheat grass and barley grass sit alongside blueberry and beet, turmeric, maca, spirulina, chlorella and moringa, plus a blend of eight mushrooms including reishi, lion's mane, cordyceps and turkey tail.

It is lightly sweetened with organic stevia and flavoured with organic raspberry, so it mixes into a smoothie, a smoothie bowl, cereal or pudding without taking over. One tub holds 150 g. Keep it sealed in a cool, dry cupboard.
