Pascoe Pascoflair Night, 30 Tablets

Pascoe Pascoflair Night is a herbal sleep tablet made in Germany that combines three well-known calming plants: valerian root, passionflower and lemon balm. Each tablet contains 125 mg of valerian root dry extract, 80 mg of passionflower dry extract and 112.5 mg of lemon balm leaf dry extract. It is used in herbal medicine as a sleep aid during times of mental stress.

The tablets are small and easy to swallow, and the formula is free of gluten, lactose and gelatin. It is hormone-free, unlike melatonin. Take it in the evening as the label directs. This is the 30-tablet box; a 90-tablet size is available for regular use.
