Organika's Chicken Bone Broth is traditional bone broth without the long simmer. Bones from cage-free chickens are cooked down in stages, then dried to a powder that dissolves in hot water. One ingredient: chicken bone broth. It is a source of collagen protein and potassium, with no antibiotics or added hormones.

Stir two tablespoons into a mug of hot water for a light, savoury drink, or use it in place of stock in soups, risotto, ramen and pan sauces. It keeps in the cupboard, so it is easy to have on hand.
