Organika Kids Isotonic Electrolytes Very Berry, 130 g

Organika Kids Isotonic Electrolytes is an oral rehydration solution made for children, which is a different thing from an everyday electrolyte powder. It follows the World Health Organization's rehydration formula, balancing sodium, potassium, chloride, citrate and a small amount of glucose in proportions designed for rapid rehydration. It is meant to help restore fluids and electrolytes lost through vomiting or diarrhea, for occasional use.

The Very Berry flavour uses 100% natural flavours and colours (carrot and blueberry juice) and is sweetened with stevia, so it is an easy sell with a child who is off their food. Keep a pouch in the cupboard for sick days.
