Organika Belli-Bliss Glucose Fibre is a once-a-day sachet that pairs 4 g of fibre with the mineral chromium. The fibre comes from chicory inulin and Fibersol, a gentle, well-tolerated soluble fibre. Inulin is a prebiotic fibre that helps feed the beneficial bacteria in your gut, and chromium helps support normal glucose metabolism and helps the body metabolize carbohydrates, fats and proteins.

At 6 g a sachet it is a small, light serving with a natural lemonade flavour, sweetened with stevia. Stir it into water or another drink before or with a meal and drink it straight away.
