Single-serve stick packs of fibre, prebiotics and probiotics with no flavour added. Each sachet has 8 g of gentle soluble fibre from organic acacia and chicory inulin, about 29% of a day's fibre, plus Bacillus coagulans, a shelf-stable probiotic. That is the whole ingredient list.

There is no added sugar, no fillers and no grit; it mixes smooth and thin rather than thick and clumpy.
