Organic Raw Cashews Bulk

Organic raw cashews are whole, unroasted cashews with a mild, creamy flavour and a soft bite. They are gluten-free and sold by weight from our bulk section, so you can take a small handful or a bag for cooking.

Because they are raw, they are the cashew of choice for blending: soak them for a few hours and whiz them into cashew cream, dairy-free cheese sauce, vegan cheesecake or a smooth nut milk. They are also good roasted at home with a little salt, or tossed into stir-fries and curries. Keep them in a sealed container in the fridge or freezer to stay fresh.
