Organic Popcorn Bulk

Organic popcorn kernels pop up light and crisp on the stovetop or in an air popper, and a small scoop makes a big bowl. They are gluten-free and sold by weight from our bulk section, so you can refill your own jar and skip the microwave bags.

Heat a little oil in a heavy pot, add the kernels, cover and shake until the popping slows. Finish with salt and butter, olive oil and nutritional yeast, or cinnamon and a pinch of sugar. Store the kernels in a sealed jar in a dry cupboard; they pop best when they have not dried out.
