Organic fusilli kamut pasta is a spiral pasta made from whole kamut flour, an ancient variety of wheat with a rich, buttery flavour. The whole-grain flour gives it a golden colour and a heartier bite than white pasta. It is sold by weight from our bulk section, so you can cook a single portion or feed a crowd.

Cook it in well-salted boiling water until just tender, then toss with a simple tomato sauce, pesto or roasted vegetables. The spirals hold sauce well, and it makes a good pasta salad. Kamut is a wheat, so this is not gluten-free. Store it in a sealed jar in a dry cupboard.

This slightly nutty in flavor noodle cooks in a large pot of salted, boiling water for approximately 10 minutes (al dente), or until desired texture; ideal for pasta salads or serving with the sauce of your choice.
