One Degree Sprouted Lentil Grain Bread, 600 g

One Degree Sprouted Lentil Grain Bread is a 600 g loaf made from four ingredients: organic sprouted whole grain wheat flour, sprouted lentil flour, rolled oats and raisin purée. The raisin purée does the sweetening, so there is no added sugar or syrup on the list.

It is a hearty loaf that toasts well. Use it for morning toast with nut butter, an open-faced sandwich, or alongside a bowl of soup. Keep it in the freezer if you will not finish it within a few days, and toast slices straight from frozen. Note that it is a wheat bread, so it is not gluten-free.
