One Degree Organic Sprouted Oat O's, 227 g

A plain, toasty O-shaped cereal made from sprouted organic gluten-free oats. One Degree sprouts the oats before milling. The ingredient list is short: sprouted oat flour, sprouted garbanzo (chickpea) flour, sprouted oat starch, organic cane sugar, unrefined salt and vitamin E to keep it fresh.

It is organic and made with gluten-free oats, with plant-based ingredients throughout. This is the original in the range and the least sweet, so it suits people who want a simple oat cereal or a base to top with fruit and seeds. Pour it with milk or a plant-based milk, or eat it dry. Contains soy. Keep the box closed and dry.
