O'Doughs Vegan Original Bagels are gluten-free, vegan bagels sold six to a 300 g pack. They are made from a blend of potato, tapioca, brown rice and chickpea flours with a touch of rice syrup and grape juice for a hint of sweetness.

Toast them and top with nut butter, hummus or a dairy-free spread, or split one for a sandwich. Keep the pack in the freezer if you will not finish it in a few days, and toast straight from frozen; they thaw and crisp in a couple of minutes. Contains soy; may contain egg and sesame.
