Oddbird Low Intervention Organic White No. 2, 750 mL

Oddbird calls this the world's first low intervention wine liberated from alcohol. It is a 100 percent organic white from North Alsace in France, a region known for its minerality, made with certified organic viticulture, hand-picked grapes and spontaneous fermentation. The blend of Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc and Riesling is matured for 12 months before the alcohol is gently removed.

In the glass it is floral and fruity with a lively complexity: citrus, sweet fruit, honey, spices and cardamom, with high acidity and a long finish. Vegan, with 4 g of sugar per 100 mL. Serve chilled. 750 mL bottle.

Low Intervention Organic White Nº 2 is made from Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc & Riesling, creating tones of citrus, sweet fruits, honey, spices and cardamom with a high acidity. Low Intervention Organic White Nº 2 is a floral and fruity wine with a lively complexity that stays long on the palate with tension. Matured for 12 months before being gently liberated from alcohol.
