Oddbird Low Intervention Sparkling Orange Wine, 750 mL

Oddbird's Sparkling Orange is a limited-edition, dealcoholized sparkling wine made the way an orange wine is: white grapes are gently pressed and left to mingle with their skins in a soft maceration, which gives the juice its golden hue and a little silky tannin. The blend is Pinot Gris, Muscat, Sylvaner and Gewürztraminer, each bringing its own aromatics.

Expect notes of orange peel, fresh fruit, herbs and spices, with a smooth, round finish and fine bubbles. Serve it well chilled in a wine glass, as an aperitif or alongside a meal, for anyone who wants a proper glass without the alcohol. 750 mL bottle.
