Nuun Immunity is an effervescent tablet that turns a glass of water into a lightly flavoured drink of electrolytes, vitamins and botanicals for everyday immune health support. Each tablet carries 200 mg of vitamin C, zinc, selenium, vitamins A, D and E, plus elderberry, turmeric, echinacea and ginger, with potassium, magnesium, calcium and sea salt for hydration.

Drop one tablet into about 475 mL of hot or cold water, wait a few minutes for it to dissolve, and drink. The Blueberry Tangerine flavour is fruity and only lightly sweet, with stevia. The tube holds 10 tablets and fits in a gym bag or desk drawer.
