Nuun Sport in fruit punch is an electrolyte tablet that fizzes into a bottle of water. Each tablet carries potassium, magnesium, calcium and sodium, the minerals you lose when you sweat, in a light fruit punch flavour that is easy to keep sipping.

Toss one into your water on a long run, a bike ride, a hot afternoon of yard work or a hockey game. It is sweetened with stevia and a little dextrose rather than a heavy dose of sugar, and the colour comes from beet juice. Ten tablets to a tube, small enough for a jersey pocket.
