About this supplement
NOW empty gelatin capsules in size 0 let you fill your own powders at the strength you want, without the binders and fillers found in many tablets. Depending on how dense the powder is, a size 0 capsule holds roughly 408 to 816 mg. You get 250 capsules per bottle.
They are made from bovine gelatin and water, nothing else. Use them with powdered herbs from our bulk section or with single-nutrient powders; NOW suggests a capsule filler like the Cap'm Quik for speed. Buying powders and capping them yourself is usually a good deal cheaper than pre-made capsules.
