About this supplement
NOW empty gelatin capsules in size 00 are the larger option for filling your own supplements. Depending on the powder, a size 00 capsule holds roughly 546 to 1092 mg, so it suits herbs and nutrients you take in bigger amounts. You get 250 capsules per bottle, made from gelatin and water only.
Fill them with bulk powdered herbs, single nutrients or your own blends at the potency you want, and skip tablet binders altogether. NOW suggests the Cap'm Quik capsule filler to speed things up. Store the bottle closed, somewhere dry and cool.
