NOW Zinc Picolinate gives you 25 mg of zinc per capsule, in the picolinate form. Zinc is a mineral the body uses in the normal function of many systems, including the skeletal, immune, neurological and endocrine systems, and it is a co-factor for hundreds of enzymes involved in protein and carbohydrate metabolism.

How to use
