NOW Vitamin B-2 100 mg, 100 Veg Capsules

Vitamin B-2, better known as riboflavin, is one of the B-vitamin family. It turns up naturally in green vegetables, milk, eggs, cheese, fish, wheat germ and organ meats. In the body it works as an enzyme cofactor that helps in the production of energy from the carbohydrate, fat and protein you eat, and it is needed to regenerate glutathione.

NOW's version is a straightforward single-nutrient capsule: 100 mg of riboflavin in a vegetarian capsule with a rice flour base, and nothing else. If you are after just B-2 rather than a full B-complex, this is the one to reach for. 100 capsules per bottle.

• 100 veg capsules
