About this product

Lecithin is a naturally occurring blend of phospholipids, and most of what is sold comes from soy. NOW's version is made from sunflower seed oil instead, which suits anyone avoiding soy. It comes as a powder rather than the liquid or softgel forms, with nothing else added: one ingredient, sunflower lecithin. It helps to support liver function.

The powder is easy to work into everyday food. Stir a teaspoon into juice or a shake, or sprinkle it over cereal, yogurt or oatmeal. It is meant to be taken with a meal. The 454 g tub holds roughly 180 teaspoon servings.
