NOW Solutions Magnesium Flakes, 1.53 kg

NOW Solutions Magnesium Flakes are 100% pure magnesium chloride flakes for the bath. They come from the ancient Zechstein seabed in the Netherlands, one of the purest remaining underground mineral sources, and they dissolve readily in warm water.

Magnesium chloride has traditionally been used to improve skin hydration, and a soak is a simple way to soften skin and unwind at the end of the day. Use a cup in a foot bath or a few cups in a full tub, then rinse and pat dry. One cup of flakes contains roughly 19 g of elemental magnesium, and the 1.53 kg bag covers a good many soaks.
