NOW KSM-66 Ashwagandha 600 mg, 90 Veg Capsules

KSM-66 is a branded, full-spectrum ashwagandha root extract produced with a proprietary process that uses no alcohol or chemical solvents. It is one of the most studied forms of ashwagandha, and that research indicates it helps support a healthy response to everyday stress, may help reduce stress-related eating and helps promote restful sleep. It may also help support mood, cognition and sexual well-being in both men and women.

NOW's capsule gives you 600 mg of KSM-66, a 12:1 extract standardized to 5 percent withanolides, in a vegetarian capsule. It is taken once a day, and the benefit builds over a couple of months rather than overnight. 90 capsules per bottle.
