NOW Super Enzymes is a broad-spectrum digestive enzyme blend in capsule form. Each capsule combines pancreatic enzymes (amylase, protease and lipase, the enzymes that act on carbohydrates, protein and fats) with bromelain from pineapple, papain and papaya fruit, cellulase, an acid-stable protease, 200 mg of betaine hydrochloride and 100 mg of ox bile.

Because it includes pancreatin from pork and ox bile, this is an animal-derived formula, and the capsule is gelatin, so it is not the one for vegetarians; NOW Plant Enzymes covers that. It sits in our digestion section. 90 capsules per bottle.
